I am a dedicated believer in the value of yoga for physical and mental fitness, healthy aging and the harmonization of body, mind and spirit. While it is not always intuitive to me, Rocky is so good at explaining the yoga poses in a virtual setting. I have tried other Yoga classes throughout the years and never felt comfortable, so I didn’t stick with the practice. Rocky created an environment where I felt comfortable as a novice. Now I even have a posture named after me! Just in our class, but I’m very proud of this accomplishment!

I have attended live in-person, live virtual, and pre-recorded Kundalini sessions with Rocky. I like Kundalini because of the opportunity to explore and challenge myself in a unique way.
