Rocky began teaching this Kundalini Yoga Series and recording his videos in early 2020 in response to Covid-19. Because movement and breathwork (Pranayama) are essential components of health and many have lost access to the exercise and movement routines enjoyed pre-pandemic, Rocky sees these classes as his contribution to the wellbeing of body, mind, and spirit.

At first, Rocky taught daily and the week numbers (Week 1, Week 2, etc.) were based on a week that started Sunday. You may notice that change along the way and come Week 29, classes were no longer held daily.
