One of Kundalini Yoga’s greatest assets is the ability for each of us to observe our mind, emotion and how it feels to be in our body. We work proprioception, exteroception, and enteroception. We can always do more than the ego mind says we can. Your self-awareness will grow exponentially as you learn to feel your body in space, your body parts connecting to the floor or prop and how you feel inside of your body.

Follow my instruction cues and always listen to your own body first. I may have worked this kriya many times and can go deeper in the asanas. This may be your first time. Let your body guide you.

And if you are on your Moon/Menstrual cycle or pregnant please substitute any held breath with long-deep breathing.
