When we are younger we rarely give a thought to digestion and elimination. As we age however, we understand the importance around moving the bowels. We are letting go of all things that no longer serve us. This applies to emotional states as well. We eliminate toxins through our skin and breath and releasing any negative energy.

Follow my instruction cues and always listen to your own body first. I may have worked this kriya many times and can go deeper in the asanas. This may be your first time. Let your body guide you.

And if you are on your Moon/Menstrual cycle or pregnant please substitute any held breath with long-deep breathing.
