Some Kundalini Yoga kriyas really give a sense of working the entire body: the axial and appendicular skeleton. When we work all four limbs, plus major muscle groups and the three sections of the spine: lumbar, thoracic and cervical. We get a complete work out. Pranayama breathing techniques are an added bonus and you come away with the sense of a full-body workout.
Follow my instruction cues and always listen to your own body first. I may have worked this kriya many times and can go deeper in the asanas. This may be your first time. Let your body guide you.
And if you are on your Moon/Menstrual cycle or pregnant please substitute any held breath with long-deep breathing.
