Your normal feelings of happiness, connection, and well-being depend on the balance of your individual psychoelectromagnetic field. If your field is strong, your muscles obey the message nerves, and the message nerves send strong signals to the brain.

This is a very heart centered kriya and works on the four upper chakras. As you practice you may get a sense…your heart is opening. And there is extra focus on the three upper chakras at the throat, third eye and crown. The Alternate Nostril Breath is a powerful Pranayama at the end of the kriya. It is very grounding. I love this kriya. You are really ready for a deep meditation at the end of this sequence. Sat Nam.
