Many poses in Kundalini Yoga focus on the endocrine system. Our lymph fluid needs to be pumped and moved. It doesn’t necessarily move on its own. Meditations like Sat Kriya take the arms overhead and with deep breathing we move the diaphragm with force. We want our spinal super highway open and moving our pranic energy freely up and down the spine.
Follow my instruction cues and always listen to your own body first. I may have worked this kriya many times and can go deeper in the asanas. This may be your first time. Let your body guide you.
And if you are on your Moon/Menstrual cycle or pregnant please substitute any held breath with long-deep breathing.
